As early as 1926, the National Park Service attempted to implement graphic standards to create unity across the parks. After many attempts at standardization over the decades, dozens of parks still feature entrance signs that stray from the offcial guide. Allow technically “wrong” they undoubtedly embody the character of the parks. AL Glacier is a soft display type designed in honor of these deviant and charming National Park signs.
